Course navigation was simplified with a clear, consistent structure, and communication tools were integrated directly into the platform, making it easier for students to interact with instructors.

Prototypes were tested with a group of students and instructors, and their feedback was used to refine the design. The new platform was developed using no-code tools, ensuring quick implementation and easy updates. Post-launch, LearnWell Academy saw a 50% increase in course completion rates and significantly improved student and instructor satisfaction.
